SHIPPING

We normally ship within 24 hours of your order, or the next business day if ordered after Friday noon or on a holiday or weekend. Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground, unless you request upgraded service. Orders totaling less than $50 may be shipped via US Postal, depending upon the items. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses will be shipped US Priority Mail, unless specified UPS 2nd day air or next day air (APO/FPO will only be shipped postal).

NEXT DAY & 2ND DAY DELIVERY

NICASHOOTING.COM offers next day and 2nd day UPS delivery. Pricing details for UPS 2nd day can be viewed when you view your cart at checkout. Next day air charges will be quoted via email once the order is submitted.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Charges for international shipping will be quoted once we know exactly the items you desire. Shipping will be via US Postal and charges are based on weight and value of the items. All orders over $100US will be shipped via US Postal Global Express Mail only, as this allows a better tracking feature. Please contact customer service for shipping fee at service@nicashooting.com or use our Live Assistance feature for immediate response.

RETURN/EXCHANGES

Within 45 days of purchase you may return new unused items for an exchange or a refund. We will accept a returned product, as long as the product is in new and original condition in the factory packaging. The package may be opened for the purpose of trying the product on, but tags must still be attached and the product can not show any sign of having been worn. Closeout or discontinued items are not returnable. Any item that has been embroidered is not returnable, as it is no longer in original condition.

In order to return an item you must ask for and obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Packages arriving without an RA number will be refused and returned at sender�s expense. To receive an RMA you may simply log into your account, review previous orders and find the order containing the item you wish to return. Click on the RMA link and the system will issue you an RMA.

(a) If you want to exchange an item for a different size, e-mail us at returns@nicashooting.com to arrange to have the new item sent and receive your RMA. You may also call us 1-888-333-6422.

(b) If you do not want an exchange but want a refund, you may also e-mail your request for an RMA to returns@nicashooting.com, or call us at 1-888-333-6422

We will not process a refund or an exchange if any of the following conditions exist:

(d) Item shows any wear or sign of being used.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Exchanges will incur our regular shipping fee.

Most products carry a manufacturer�s warranty. The seller, NICASHOOTING.COM hereby expressly disclaims all warranties including any implied warranty of merchantability for a particular use.
